About the role.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for several international B2C online casino brands in a growth and scaling phase. Own financial strategy, profitability, cash flow and financial modelling across multiple markets. Work remotely and help shape marketing budgets, investment decisions and expansion priorities.
Responsibilities.
- Lead financial strategy and profitability for each online casino brand.
- Own P&L, cash flow, budgets and financial forecasting across the group.
- Analyse casino unit economics and marketing efficiency using ROI, ROAS, LTV and CAC.
- Oversee cash movements, PSP/payment processing, banking accounts and liquidity.
- Build, standardise and optimise financial processes for growing operations.
- Lead the finance team and participate in business strategy and scaling decisions.
Requirements.
- Hands-on financial leadership experience in B2C online casino is mandatory.
- Deep working knowledge of GGR, NGR, LTV, ROI, ROAS, Retention and Payback.
- Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting and scaling businesses.
- Practical experience with PSPs, payments and international financial operations.
- Higher education in Finance, Economics or Mathematics.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
