PARTNER TERMS
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Partner Terms apply when an affiliate, publisher, media buyer, traffic partner or other marketing partner uses BETDILLA to review, accept or launch a third-party commercial offer.
1. Scope
These Partner Terms supplement the BETDILLA Terms of Use and apply specifically to marketplace cooperation, offer acceptance, referral access, traffic delivery and related commercial activity.
2. Offer Acceptance
An offer may remain anonymized until the partner reviews and accepts the displayed cooperation conditions. Acceptance indicates the partner's intention to proceed under those conditions.
Acceptance through BETDILLA does not by itself guarantee final approval by the advertiser, affiliate program or network.
3. Brand Reveal and Referral Access
BETDILLA may reveal the advertiser or brand and provide a referral registration link only after the applicable offer conditions have been accepted.
Where registration through a BETDILLA referral link is required, only registrations completed through that link may qualify for the relevant marketplace conditions.
4. Partner Identification
The partner may be required to provide a registration email, affiliate account ID, Telegram contact or other information needed to identify the account created through the referral flow.
The information provided must be accurate and belong to the partner or an entity the partner is authorized to represent.
5. Commercial Conditions
Each offer may include CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid or other payment structures together with GEO, KPI, deposit, wagering, cap, traffic source and qualification requirements.
Only the conditions confirmed for the specific offer and partner should be treated as applicable to that cooperation.
6. KPI and Qualification
Conversions may be subject to minimum deposit, wagering, player quality, retention, fraud, duplicate-account or other qualification criteria defined by the relevant advertiser.
A registration, deposit or tracked event does not automatically constitute a payable conversion where the applicable KPI has not been satisfied.
7. Traffic Sources
Partners must use only traffic sources permitted by the accepted offer. Traffic restrictions may differ by advertiser, GEO, brand, campaign or acquisition model.
If a traffic source is not expressly approved or its eligibility is unclear, the partner should obtain confirmation before launching.
8. GEO Restrictions
Partners must not intentionally target users outside the approved GEOs for an offer where such targeting is restricted.
Partners are responsible for complying with local advertising, gambling marketing, consumer protection and other applicable laws in every market they target.
9. Prohibited Traffic
Prohibited activity includes fraudulent or fabricated conversions, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, attribution manipulation, unauthorized brand bidding, spam, misleading creatives, unlawful incentives, stolen traffic, malware and other activity prohibited by the advertiser or applicable law.
10. Creatives and Marketing Materials
Partners are responsible for ensuring that creatives, landing pages, ad copy, claims and promotional materials used in connection with an offer are lawful, accurate and compliant with advertiser rules.
Use of advertiser trademarks or branded materials may be subject to additional restrictions.
11. Tracking and Attribution
Conversion credit may depend on third-party tracking systems, referral links, cookies, postbacks, attribution rules or affiliate platform records.
The advertiser or affiliate platform's validated tracking data may be used to determine qualifying conversions and payable activity.
12. Payout Eligibility
Displayed commercial terms do not guarantee payment for activity that is rejected, fraudulent, duplicated, outside permitted GEOs or otherwise fails applicable qualification requirements.
Final validation may be performed by the advertiser, affiliate program or relevant payment party.
13. Caps and Offer Changes
Offers may have daily, weekly, monthly or total caps. Partners should not intentionally exceed communicated caps without prior approval.
BETDILLA may update or withdraw an offer when advertiser conditions, availability, compliance requirements or capacity change.
14. Rate Requests and Negotiation
Where BETDILLA provides negotiation or rate-request functionality, requested terms are subject to advertiser approval and do not become effective until confirmed.
15. Suspension
BETDILLA may suspend referral access, offer eligibility or marketplace access where suspected fraud, material policy breaches, misleading information or other serious compliance concerns exist.
16. Third-Party Relationship
Advertisers, affiliate programs and networks are independent third parties. BETDILLA is not responsible for their internal account reviews, payment schedules, platform availability or independent business decisions.
17. No Exclusivity
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, use of BETDILLA does not create an exclusive relationship between BETDILLA and the partner.
18. Changes to Partner Terms
These Partner Terms may be updated as marketplace functionality, commercial practices or regulatory requirements evolve. The latest version will be published on this page.
19. Contact
Questions about a specific offer, traffic source, GEO, KPI or referral flow may be submitted through the BETDILLA contact form.
