1. About BETDILLA

BETDILLA is an affiliate marketplace designed to connect traffic partners, affiliates, publishers and other marketing partners with third-party advertisers, affiliate programs and commercial offers.

BETDILLA does not operate a casino, sportsbook, betting platform or gambling service, and does not accept bets, deposits or player funds.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using BETDILLA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the marketplace or its services.

Where you accept a specific commercial offer through BETDILLA, additional Partner Terms and offer-specific conditions may also apply.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of BETDILLA complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, your business and your traffic.

4. Marketplace Information

BETDILLA may display information relating to GEOs, traffic sources, cooperation models, payouts, revenue share, KPIs, restrictions and other commercial conditions.

Some offers may be anonymized until specified conditions are accepted. Brand identity, referral details or other information may be revealed only after completion of the relevant marketplace flow.

5. Offers and Availability

Offers displayed on BETDILLA are subject to availability, partner approval, qualification requirements and change. An offer shown on the marketplace does not guarantee that a user will be approved by the relevant advertiser or affiliate program.

BETDILLA may add, modify, suspend or remove offers at any time, including when commercial terms, caps, GEO availability, traffic requirements or advertiser policies change.

6. Payouts and Commercial Terms

Payouts, revenue share percentages, hybrid structures, KPIs and other commercial terms shown on BETDILLA apply only as described for the relevant offer and may be subject to advertiser validation, tracking, qualification and fraud checks.

Where offer-specific conditions conflict with general marketplace information, the accepted offer-specific conditions take precedence.

7. Traffic and Compliance

You must use only permitted traffic sources and comply with all restrictions applicable to the selected offer. Prohibited activity includes fraudulent traffic, misleading advertising, unauthorized incentives, impersonation, spam, manipulation of attribution, duplicate or self-generated conversions and any activity prohibited by the relevant advertiser.

You are responsible for the legality and compliance of your advertising, creatives, landing pages, traffic sources and audience targeting.

8. Third-Party Services

BETDILLA may link to or integrate with third-party websites, affiliate platforms, advertisers and services. BETDILLA does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, products, payments, policies or actions.

9. Accounts and Information

Where BETDILLA requests contact details, affiliate IDs, registration emails, traffic information or similar data, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

You must not impersonate another person or business or provide information that you are not authorized to use.

10. Intellectual Property

BETDILLA branding, software, marketplace design, databases, original content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification or marketplace purposes where applicable.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not interfere with the operation or security of BETDILLA, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce protected marketplace data at scale, manipulate marketplace functionality, distribute malware or use BETDILLA for unlawful purposes.

12. No Guarantee

BETDILLA is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific commercial results, approval by an advertiser, a particular conversion rate, revenue level or continued availability of any offer.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BETDILLA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the marketplace, third-party decisions, traffic performance, unavailable offers, advertiser actions or third-party services.

14. Suspension or Termination

BETDILLA may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, offer conditions, applicable laws or partner policies have been violated, or where continued access creates legal, security, fraud or commercial risk.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page together with its latest update date. Continued use of BETDILLA after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
