About the role.
Lead the AI direction for an international iGaming group, from group-wide strategy and product roadmap to delivery of AI-powered products and business automation. The role starts on-site in Belgrade, Serbia, with relocation to Spain planned after 6–9 months.
Responsibilities.
- Develop and own a group-wide AI strategy and implementation roadmap, identifying priority initiatives, milestones and measurable business outcomes.
- Design, launch and scale AI-powered products and features in cooperation with product and engineering teams.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in business operations, including Customer Support and Risk Management.
- Monitor emerging AI technologies, assess their feasibility, risks and potential business value, and recommend practical applications.
- Lead AI initiatives end to end, from problem definition and proof of concept through implementation, adoption and performance assessment.
- Coordinate technical, data and product teams, align stakeholders, manage delivery priorities and communicate progress.
- Define relevant performance measures and establish processes for monitoring the quality, reliability and impact of deployed AI solutions.
