About the role.
An international iGaming group operating 6 brands, 8+ offices and 400+ employees is hiring a Head of HR / HR Director to lead group-wide HR transformation, people strategy and scalable processes. Reporting to the Group COO and CEO. Full-time onsite in Spain, with regular business travel to Serbia.
Responsibilities.
- Lead HR transformation and centralize processes across brands and offices
- Oversee Spanish HR operations and local employment compliance
- Coordinate employee relocation and HR transition processes to Spain
- Develop performance management, KPI and talent evaluation frameworks
- Establish compensation structures, salary frameworks and reward policies
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning and change management
- Improve HR governance, reporting and operational efficiency
- Partner directly with the Group COO and CEO on people strategy
Requirements.
- Previous experience as Head of HR, HR Director, Head of People or equivalent
- Direct online iGaming experience in casino, sportsbook or betting is required
- Currently based in Spain, with official Spanish employment experience
- Spanish at C1 level or above and strong business English
- Solid knowledge of Spanish employment legislation and HR operations
- Experience with payroll coordination, employee relations and foreign-worker relocation in Spain
- Proven international HR transformation and process-standardization experience
- Experience implementing performance and compensation frameworks
- Availability for onsite work in Spain and regular business travel to Serbia
